Dearness Allowance (DA) from July 2015 – Expectations…
Central Government Employees eagerly awaits the announcement for the next installment of Dearness Allowance (DA) from the month of July 2015. This particular installment will be the last in the 6th CPC. As everyone knows that DA is given to the employees once in six months and as per the latest trends, the 7th CPC is surely be implemented from 01.01.2016.
So, how much percentage of increase in DA can be expected from July 2015?
As per the calculations are concerned, to calculate DA, AICPIN (All India Consumer Price Index) value for the last 12 months is needed. The AICPIN value for the months of May 2015 and June 2015 are not yet released. It will be released by Labour Bureau on the last date of June and July respectively. The AICPIN value for April 2015 was 117.69 points. The points for the next two months may increase or decrease as per the rise in essential commodities.
The AICPIN value for April was 117.69 and if the value increases by 1 point, it will be 118.62 for May 2015 and 119.42 for June 2015. If the value decreases by 1 point, it will be 118.48 for May 2015 and 119.05 for June 2015 respectively and if the AICPIN value remains the same as in April, 2015, it will be 118.55 for May 2015 and 119.27 for June 2015.
As per the latest trends and from reliable sources, 6% of Dearness Allowance can be expected from July 2015…
